For the first week of the study, we were given a week-long group task to finish with the objective of getting to know each other. We had to make a video following the stylisation of a title sequence. Our choice was the show “The Office”, and we used these establishment shots and filming style in creating our video.

I was personally responsible for the creation of the backing track. In an attempt to make everything a little “sillier”, I made it acapella by singing the different instruments of “The Office”’s intro theme and overlaying them in the free programme Audacity.

We shot the video primarily in MLS, MCU and MS distances, in both bird and frog perspectives depending on the shot.
